BEST FREAKING TEAM “GOOD VS. GREAT” TRAINING

The Task: Leveling Up from Good to Great

Our team already does a solid job—hitting KPIs, executing activations, and keeping things running smoothly. But the real goal? Taking it from good to great. That means not just checking boxes but making a real impact—getting creative, thinking strategically, and pushing the brand forward in ways that actually matter.

The Challenge: Avoiding the Bare Minimum Trap

Sure, we could keep doing what we’re supposed to do and call it a day. But where’s the fun in that? The challenge was figuring out how to move beyond just “meeting expectations” and start innovating. Some of the sticking points:

  • Making sure activations aren’t just happening but actually tying back to bigger brand campaigns.

  • Finding ways to stack KPIs so we’re getting the most out of every initiative.

  • Encouraging leadership at all levels—no gatekeeping, just knowledge-sharing and support.

  • Keeping things fresh so we don’t fall into autopilot mode.

The Solution: Reframing What “Great” Looks Like

To bridge the gap, we set some clear markers for what it really means to go from good to great:

  1. Be Proactive & Innovative – If you see an opportunity, take it. Try new things. Find ways to make activations more impactful.

  2. Work Smarter with KPIs – Instead of just hitting targets, think about how we can double dip on KPIs and get multiple wins from one effort.

  3. Lead, No Matter Your Title – Share what you know, support each other, and don’t wait to be asked—just step up.

  4. Execute with Intention – Stay organized, be strategic, and make sure everything we do serves a bigger purpose.

By focusing on these, we’re not just getting the job done—we’re making moves that actually matter.
